Zeragoth's story.

Spoiler:

Both the shots hit Zeragoth, the second blast particularly potent. Zeragoth was stunned by the blast, falling to the ground in defeat.

Duel over!
Victory: Rouge.

The squib moved over to help Zeragoth up.

"Nice try... But the gun is mightier than the sword... Or maybe..."

Rouge looked to Hunter.

"Dual him... I think you might stand a better chance against him... Assuming our spectator isn't chicken."

Hunter smiled and stepped forward

"I would be happy to have a little fun with the warrior, let's see if the sword it mightier than the explosive"

Hunter then took up his position in the area, waiting for the warrior to do the same.

"Hmmmm, the gun is not mightier then the sowrd, you just got lucky" I sneered. I've never been a sport about losing, noti n my blood. "I will tkae him on, but only because the lovely lady suggested it" I put on a smile, directed towards Rouge.

I looked towards hunter "you may want to think about that my friend, explosives haven't stopped me beofre, and htey won't now" I laugh heartedly

Hunter laughed from where he stood

"We shall soon see my friend, I'm called Hunter by the way, pleased to meet ya"

Rouge chuckled.

"Nice trash talk. But I don't believe in luck. The gun, in this instance, is mightier than the sword. But can you redeem yourself?"

She then turned to Hunter. "You saw how we did it. Do either of you want to place a bet on this battle?"

Hunter shrugged

"Not really, I don't have enough credits to lose and I don't have any equipment on me that he could use unless he trained in demolitions for a few years, lets just have some fun"

"Hmmmm, I'm not the type to do a challenge for fun, how about thel oser owes the winner a favor, I can always use some bait for my hunts you know" I smirk at Hunter. I move the preferred twenty feet distance and prepared myself for the fight.

Hunter shrugged

"Ok, deal, now lets just have some fun cause I really cannot be bothered today"

"Good, lets get started then" (what do we do now lol)

Hunter took out his boom shot and turned it to stun, he then holstered it again and stood ready for the duel to begin whenever Zeragoth was ready as well.

Rouge walked to the mark between the two. "You two ready?" She asked, waiting for them both to reply before she raised her hands again. "Ready... Dual!"

Round 1: Turn 1

Zeragoth reacted a slight bit faster than Hunter.

Go Zeragoth!

Just like before with Rouge, i charged at break neck spped, using my psyke (psychic power) to get me that little bit closer. I decided to make it harder for Hunter, I suppressed his fear ot the point of unbearability (Epic fear).

Spoiler:

Zeragoth charged fowards, the wind seeming to propel him forwards at speed as he moved. Hunter on the other hand, would see Zeragoth turn into a giant beat, winged and hairy. The demon surged at Hunter, leaving a trail of fire behing it. Hunter's fear took the better of him, and his natural reaction was to flee.

Go Hunter!
Compulsary move: 6 feet away from Zeragoth.

Hunter blinked and then ran away 6 feet from Zeragoth.

Spoiler:

Round 1: Turn 2.

The combatants were now just 14 feet away from one another, but Hunter had overcome his fear, realising that his opponent wasn't a demon at all, but was using some mind trick to fool him.

Go Zeragoth!

I bolt towards him again at super speed (psychic speed) to shorten the swinging distance of my sword and axe.

Spoiler:

Zeragoth didn't manage to use his speed ability this time, but he still managed to shorten the distance between himself and Hunter to 8 feet.

Go Hunter!

Hunter pulled out his flash bang grenade and pulled the pin out, throwing it in the direction of Zeragoth as he covered his own eyes.

Spoiler:

The grenade flew four feet before exploding. Hunter managed to save himself from the flash but he was still hit by the bang... He probably should have run out of the blast radius, or got into cover before he used the weapon. What was worse, was that Zeragoth seemed less effected than Hunter was by the grenade.

Zeragoth stunned.

Round 2: Turn 1
Both players stunned.

Round 2: Turn 2

Zeragoth recovered from the stunning, only to see his opponent still stumbling around randomly.

Go Zeragoth!

I charge fully at Hunter (psychic speed), pulling both my axe and my energy blade and swinging them at my stumbling opponent. (attack with blade and axe)

Spoiler:

Zeragoth charged into Hunter, bringing both his weapons down at Hunter.

Spoiler:

The axe missed Hunter, but the energy blade hit home, slicing through his armour and causing a light injury down his left flank.

Hunter stunned.
Round 3: Turn 1

Go Zeragoth!

I swing both my weapons again, this time aiming to do more severity to Hunter with my axe.

Spoiler:

It was lucky for Hunter that Zeragoth's weapon was set to stun, as with the hit that Zeragoth delivered, he may well have lost an arm. None the less, the weapon sliced through Hunter's armor and left a large wound in his shoulder, none the less, Hunter survived.

Hunter also recovered from his stunning.

Go Hunter!

Hunte shrugged off the stun and pulled out his boom shot and then ran back away from Zeragoth.

Hunter put six feet between him and Zeragoth, but the warrior could easilly clear this distance in one swift movement. Unless Hunter got a plan together and did some damage, this battle would end in his defeat. In future he would know to get into cover before he tossed a grenade.
