Warrior:
Warriors specialise in close combat fighting, and rely on both speed and strength to overcome their opponents. Warriors are well trained in the arts of combats, and it is rare they are ever seen with ranged weapons. They prefer to use their weapons to parry shots back at their enemies. Warriors rely on high strength, constitution and dexterity, allowing them to take damage whilst delivering it in return. Warriors rarely back down from a fight.

Soldier:
Soldiers are specialists with light weapons, and their skill with small weapons is rivalled only by their accuracy with them. Soldiers like to avoid close combat, but are extremely hard to surpress given that they refuse to back down from a fire fight. Soldiers are not heavy weapons expert, and thus they are only proficient with the smaller weapons. Because of this, soldier's don't require much strength, but require high dexterity.

Demolition:
Demolition characters are experts with anything that makes a big bang. They are especially fond of large weapons that are designed to blow up vehicles. Demolition teams can be devestating, given that the weapons they carry tend to force people into cover before blowing it to pieces. Demolition teams require high strength and constitution in order to carry and survive the weapons they carry. Their dexterity rarely matters since they carry weapons with a large blast radius. Why need a direct hit when you can miss and still injure a group of enemies?
